The Bachelorette star Desiree Hartsock ended her season on Monday night with an engagement -- and a big rock to show for it.
The 27-year-old bridal stylist said "yes" to Chris Siegfried during an emotional proposal shown in the season finale of ABC's reality series.
The former pro baseball player-turned-mortgage broker, 27, asked for her hand in marriage with a nearly four-carat ring by Neil Lane -- the show's longtime engagement ring provider -- with, as per usual, some assistance from the jeweler himself.
The "romantic intertwined" ring features a 18-karat rose gold and platinum band. It's adorned with a cushion-cut diamond band surrounded and accented with 204 round-cut diamonds. The total weight of the diamonds is 3.70 karats.
During the proposal, Siegfried told Hartsock he wanted to "spend the rest of my life" with her.
"I want to be your first, and I want to be your last. Will you marry me?" he asked on bended knee while presenting the ring.
She later presented him with the final rose, asking: "Will you grow old with me forever?" His answer: "I will."
On the After the Final Rose special, which also aired Monday, Hartsockr evealed that she is moving from Los Angeles to Seattle to live with Siegfried.
She also told reporters in a conference call on Tuesday that she is planning to design her own wedding gown.
