BBC Worldwide's Vlad Wolynetz Joins Cineflix Studios

Former BBC Worldwide Productions exec Vlad Wolynetz has joined American Pickers-producer Cineflix Productions to oversee production at its scripted division, Cineflix Studios, run by Christina Wayne.

BANFF, ALBERTA -- Cineflix Productions has hired former BBC Worldwide Productions exec Vlad Wolynetz as president of production for its Cineflix Studios division.

Wolynetz will oversee production of scripted series for international broadcasters, reporting to Glen Salzman, CEO of Cineflix Media.

“We’re delighted to welcome Vlad aboard at this pivotal point in our expansion,” Salzman said in a statement.

Wolynetz was most recently senior vp of scripted production at BBC Worldwide Productions, where his credits included Torchwood.

Earlier, he worked at AMC as vp of production, series and movies.

While at AMC, Wolynetz worked with Christina Wayne, currently the Cineflix Studios president.
