The books will follow the May 28 publication of Beautiful Stranger, the spinoff to Beautiful Bastard (a Target exclusive goes on sale April 16).
First up will be another Beautiful Bastard spinoff revolving around friends of the first novel's main couple, Chloe Mills and Bennett Ryan.
Three novellas picking up Chloe and Bennett's story from the end of Beautiful Bastard will follow over the rest of 2013.
A third full-length novel will arrive in summer 2014.
Published in February, Beautiful Bastard is the reworked version of the Twilight-inspired fan-fiction hit The Office, which first appeared online in 2009.
The story centers on Chloe, a college-age intern, who begins a passionate romance with Bennett, the scion of the conglomerate she works at.
The book has appeared on both The New York Times and USA Today best-seller lists.
Constantin Films acquired film rights and is actively developing an adaptation.
Terms of the five-book deal were not disclosed. Editor Adam Wilson negotiated the deal for Gallery. Holly Root at Waxman Leavell Literary Agency represents Billings and Hobbs.
