Bee Gees' Robin Gibb Hospitalized With Pneumonia (Report)
The 62-year-old former Bee Gees member, who underwent more surgery last month, is reportedly in a coma.
Former Bee Gees member Robin Gibb has been hospitalized with pneumonia, the Associated Press says citing British media reports.
The 62-year-old Gibb is also reportedly in a coma. Family members, including Gibb's wife Dwina and brother Barry, were at his side.
Though there was no official comment from Gibb's rep, his son acknowledged that the musician was ill.
This comes weeks after Gibb underwent more surgery, forcing him to cancel several scheduled commitments in late March.
Back in February, the singer said he was having a "spectacular" recovery from his cancer diagnosis.
In late November of last year, Gibb was rushed to a U.K. hospital for stomach and colon problems.
The Bee Gees had several hits, including "Stayin' Alive" and "How Deep Is Your Love." The Saturday Night Fever soundtrack, on which they had several songs, is one of the best-selling albums of all time.
