The model has a history with the brand, thanks to her longtime friendship with musician Jesse Jo Stark.

It's safe to say that 2016 was the year of Bella Hadid. The supermodel little sister of Gigi Hadid covered a number of international fashion magazines, became the face of Dior Makeup, signed a deal with Nike, and now, as if a rite of passage to superstardom, she has a design collaboration in the works.

Hadid has teamed up with Chrome Hearts, the L.A.-based line of rock 'n' roll clothing, accessories and leather goods beloved by Cher, Elton John, Karl Lagerfeld and others, for an upcoming collection.

"So damn excited ! You have no idea what's coming! My new collection with @chromeheartsofficial designed by me, shot by my angel mother @laurielynnstark," the 20-year-old model teased on Instagram. "I CANT wait for you all to see what we've made!"

Hadid's history with the brand runs deep; her longtime best friend is musician Jesse Jo Stark, whose parents, Richard and Laurie Lynn Stark founded Chrome Hearts in 1988. There's even a CH choker called "Bella" that the model has worn during public appearances.

It's unclear what the range will offer and when it'll launch, but if there's anything we know about the label sported by Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Hadid's former flame, The Weeknd, it's destined to be worn by rock stars. For now, fans can follow @chromeheartsxbella on Instagram for upcoming details. The Hollywood Reporter has also reached out for more info. Stay tuned.
