Ben Stiller Reveals Actor Playing Derek Zoolander's Son

The actor-director has been filming the highly anticipated 'Zoolander' sequel in Rome.

Ben Stiller has revealed the actor who will play Derek Zoolander's son in the highly anticipated Zoolander sequel.

Cyrus Arnold will play Derek Jr., a character that was briefly introduced as a modeling-savvy baby at the end of the first film, which was released nearly 14 years ago.

Stiller announced the casting via Instagram, with Arnold confirming the news on his own Instagram page.

Reposting Stiller's photo of the two of them seemingly on set (Stiller is looking very Zoolander-like), Arnold wrote, "It's out!!! I am playing Ben Stiller's son in "Zoolander 2"!! So happy to share the news with all of you!! #zoolander2 #derekjr"

Arnold was most recently attached to DreamWorks Animation's B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations, which was put back into development. Other past credits include the Netflix kids' series Richie Rich, NBC's About a Boy, Nickelodeon's Sam & Cat and IFC's Comedy Bang! Bang! He’s repped by AKA Talent Agency and Crackerjack Management

Zoolander 2 is filming in Rome and is set to released on Feb. 12, 2016.

Stiller is directing the Paramount film, which was written by Justin Theroux.
