Berlin 2012: Competition Title 'Postcards From the Zoo' Sells to Germany, Korea

BERLIN – Berlin International Film Festival competition entry Postcards From the Zoo, from Indonesian auteur Edwin, has sold to multiple territories, including Germany and Korea.

Neue Visionen picked up German rights to the surreal drama, about a girl raised by zookeepers, from sales agent The Match Factory ahead of the film’s world premiere Wednesday in Berlin.
Other deals for the title including ones for Korea (Sponge Entertainment), Austria (Stadtkino Filmverleih Wein) and Taiwan (Joint Entertainment).
