'Born to Dance,' a New Zealand hip-hop dance drama, will screen in Berlin's Generation program.

The 66th Berlin International Film Festival runs Feb.11-21.

The Berlin Film Festival has locked down this year's lineup for its Generation sidebar, the section targeting young audiences.

A total of 63 feature-length and short films produced or co-produced in 35 countries have been invited to participate in the two competitions, Generation Kplus and Generation 14plus, for films targeting young people and teens, respectively. Among the new Generation 14plus titles announced on Wednesday are Peter Modestij's 6A from Sweden, the French Canadian drama Before the Streets from Chloe Leriche and The Dreamer, a Peruvian feature from director Adrian Saba.

Ira Sachs' Little Men, and The Trap from Indian filmmaker Jayaraj Rajasekharan Nair are among the new Generation Kplus additions.

They join Generation titles already announced, including In Your Dreams from Czech director Petr Oukropec; the New Zealand hip-hop drama Born to Dance from Tammy Davis; the Chilean feature Plants from Roberto Doveris; Nagraj Manjule's Indian drama Wild; and Chinese coming-of-age tale What's in the Darkness from Yichun Wang.
