Not a bad price for the 190 square-foot property, which contained a one room and a half bath. Except that when she purchased the property, which is part of a much larger condo complex, she paid $465,000 for it, TMZ reports.

Beyonce was asking for $135,000 for the space, but ended up selling on Nov. 9 for $25,000 less.
The singer is expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z , and the duo were recently seen house-shopping in Miami, they looked at fellow musician Ricky Martin's La Gorce Golf neighborhood home.
