The makeup artist wanted to over-exaggerate a fresh, youthful appearance so he played up her luminous skin tone with a mix of L’Oreal Paris True Match Lumi Liquid Glow Illuminator in Golden and Rose on the cheeks, atop L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation ($13) to keep her T-zone matte.
On her eyes, he popped her tan skin by contrasting it with pale mint-hued eyelids. The mod eye look was created with a mix of L’Oreal Paris Infallible Eye Shadow in Endless Sea and Infinite Sky ($8).

Furthermore, he created a "deer in headlights" look with L’Oreal Paris The Super Slim Liner by Infallible ($9) to her top lids and in the lash line, keeping the bottom lash line clean to make her eyes even wider. "Tons" of L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara ($8) was the final step. Besides, one would imagine, a bit of double-stick tape.
