Billboard Music Awards: Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani Perform Heartwarming Duet "Go Ahead and Break My Heart"
The show is airing live on ABC from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani belted out their new single "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards.
The Voice stars, who are dating, stared into each other's eyes as they sang the lyrics, which are inspired by their relationship. Stefani debuted a muted look, skipping her usual bright makeup for a neutral glow.
The couple, who began dating in the fall after their respective divorces, co-wrote the country song, which appears on Shelton's latest album, If I'm Honest. The album was released on Friday.
"We both had trust issues," Shelton told People. "We were getting over it, but we wrote this song about it, and it's perfect."
The show is being hosted by Ciara and Ludacris, and includes performances from Rihanna, Madonna and Demi Lovato.
