'Boom Boom Pow' punches in another No. 1
Flo Rida's "Sugar" and 'Right Round' both on Hot 100Flo Rida has a sweet week on the Billboard Hot 100, leaping into the top 10 with "Sugar" featuring Wynter at No. 7. The track is the rapper's fourth top 10, joining his current No. 5 hit "Right Round" near the top of the chart. "Sugar" is the week's greatest digital gainer, with a 61% increase to 127,000 downloads.
Topping the Hot 100 once again is the Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow," followed by Lady GaGa's "Poker Face" holding steady at No. 2, Kid Cudi's "Day 'N' Nite" up three spots to No. 3, and Jamie Foxx featuring T-Pain's "Blame It" climbing to No. 4. Soulja Boy featuring Sammie's "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" slides to No. 6, T.I. featuring Justin Timberlake's "Dead and Gone" holds at No. 8, and Miley Cyrus' "The Climb" drops to No. 9.
Beyonce grabs the No. 10 spot this week with "Halo," widening her lead as the female artist with the most top tens on the Hot 100 this decade. "Halo," co-produced by Beyonce and OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, is her twelfth top 10 on the chart.
This week's Hot Shot Debut goes to the Dave Matthews Band, with "Funny The Way It Is" entering at No. 37. The song is the first Hot 100 appearance by the band since 2005.
Other debuts on the Hot 100 this week include Kristinia Debarge's "Goodbye," Rick Ross' "Maybach Music 2" featuring Kanye West, T-Pain and Lil Wayne, Asher Roth's "Lark On My Go-Kart" and Natasha Bedingfield's "Soulmate." Celebrating its status as the greatest airplay gainer on the Hot 100 this week is Jeremih's "Birthday Sex," at No. 40, with a 42% increase in listener impressions.
Elsewhere on the charts, Green Day makes the Modern Rock chart's biggest jump to No. 1 in 15 years, as "Know Your Enemy" rockets from No. 8 to No. 1 in just its second week on the chart.
On the Adult Top 40 radio airplay chart, Rob Thomas' "Her Diamonds" sparkles with a No. 27 debut. It's the first single from his second solo album, "Cradlesong," due June 30.
