Brad Pitt Puts Malibu Home on the Market for $13.75 Million
The "Moneyball" star's four bedroom beach-front property sits on the Encinal Bluffs and faces Point Mugu State Park.
Brad Pitt has listed his Malibu beach estate for $13.75 million.
The 4,088 square foot mid-century modern house sits on the Encinal Bluffs facing the Pacific Ocean and Point Mugu State Park, reports Realtor.com.
Pitt, who is a well-known architectural buff, already acquired Planning and Coastal approval for an additional story to be added to the single level four bedroom and four bath home, designed by Malibu-based architect Christopher Sorensen.
The gated beach-front property, sits on 1.26 acres and has stair access to a private cove and Malibu beach. There is also a heated pool, private tennis court and room for three-car parking. Pitt recently remodeled the home, and it now features a stainless steel kitchen, bamboo flooring and glass walls facing the ocean.
The actor, who is currently filming World War Z in Glasgow, Scotland, and partner Angelina Jolie along with their six children, currently have their home base at French estate Chateau Miraval.
