Brightcove offering Yahoo widget distribution

The Hollywood Reporter, Time Inc. already using service

NEW YORK -- Online video platform provider Brightcove unveiled Thursday that it is now enabling customers to create branded video offers for Internet-connected TV sets and other devices powered by the Yahoo! Widget Engine.

Brightcove customers already taking advantage of the new widget distribution opportunity include The Hollywood Reporter, Time Inc., TheStreet.com and Slate, among others.
