This year's show will incorporate a tribute to David Bowie and performances from Adele, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd and more.

Fuse has been announced as the American home for this year's Brit Awards, the show's 27th iteration under that name, and is set to air on Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT.

This year's show will incorporate a tribute to David Bowie and performances from Adele, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, Little Mix, Jess Glynne and James Bay. Last year, Kanye West used the show to introduce his song "All Day."

This year's Brit Award nominees include Aphex Twin, Amy Winehouse, Blur, Wolf Alice, Father John Misty, Bjork and Tame Impala. (The show awards three trophies to international artists — the rest of the categories are given to U.K. artists only.)

The scheduling is a nice get for the long-running network, which was acquired from the Madison Square Garden Company in 2014 for $226 million. Fuse Media now operates Fuse, a channel that is broadening its programming away from solely music content and focuses on the fast-growing, multicultural and Latino 18-34 audience, and FM, a new music-focused channel which bowed last September.
