Bunim/Murray Opens New York Office, Adds Exec
Rob Bagshaw will oversee East Coast operations for the production company
Bunim/Murray Productions is expanding to the East Coast.
The production company behind The Real World, Project Runway and Keeping Up With the Kardashians will open a New York office, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
As part of the banner's expansion, reality TV producer Rob Bagshaw has joined the company as senior vp development and production and will oversee its East Coast operations. Bagshaw, who as showrunner and exec producer, helped launch Project Runway All Stars as well as Top Chef Masters.

"The opening of a New York office, led by Rob Bagshaw, reflects the evolving media landscape and our company’s continued growth across platforms as well as a recognition of the increased opportunities to sell to East Coast-based buyers in cable, digital and branded entertainment,” said BMP president Gil Goldschein.
“Having worked alongside Rob on our New York-based production, Project Runway All Stars, these last four years, I have been so impressed with his creativity, leadership and can-do spirit,” added BMP chairman Jon Murray. “He is the perfect person to open and lead our New York production office.”
The news comes as BMP has already established itself in New York, where the company produces Project Runway, Project Runway All Stars as well asKourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.
“For the past few years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with Bunim/Murray to produce All Stars in New York City, and while I’ve created content that spans the gamut of television programming, reality has always been my passion,” Bagshaw said. “I’m thrilled to officially join the company that has led the way with reality programming starting with groundbreaking docuseries The Real World on MTV in 1992.”
