CAA Marketing Sets New Leadership Structure
Four executives have been promoted to oversee three teams within the agency.
CAA Marketing has undergone a leadership restructuring, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned, and promoted four executives to serve in newly created positions.
Tony Fur and Todd Hunter will jointly oversee the creative department, having come up together through CAA's agent trainee program in 2006. Over the past two years, the creative directors have led CAA Marketing's award-winning work, which has in the past included four Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Chipotle's "Cultivate" Campaign, as well as four Emmys and nine Webbys.
Lori Tabb will oversee client services and project management. Since joining CAA Marketing in 2003, she has led projects that include Cirque du Soleil's partnership with Saban and Netflix for Luna Petunia, its first-ever kids show, and Hasbro's Transformers film initiative.
And Jay Brooker will oversee a team responsible for creating original work for its clients across all verticals. He has been serving in this area at CAA Marketing since 2008 and led the agency's breakthrough in South America with "Zona Paranomal," which paired clients Anheuser-Busch InBev and Jason Blum for a horror-based content and experience campaign.
"We have more brand clients doing a greater range of work than ever before," CAA Marketing chief creative officer and co-head Jae Goodman said Tuesday in a statement. "This group of extraordinary executives has been here for the better part of a decade, developing the strategies, content and experiences fueling our brand clients' success, and ultimately our own growth."
In addition, CAA Marketing has hired four veteran marketing executives to join the staff of more than 50:
· Geoff Edwards, who co-founded boutique creative agency DOJO
· Bianca Pettinicchi, who was TBWA\Chiat\Day director and designer of digital and print ad campaigns
· Joe Saroufim, who was a writer and branded content producer at 72andSunny
· Erin Sullivan, who was founding member and vice president of Poolhouse, a collective of freelance integrated agency producers.
