Cable News Readying for Surprise Anthony Weiner Press Conference

Cable news networks will be breaking in for an Anthony Weiner press conference, to take place at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET on Monday.

The New York representative, who has been dealing with a Twitter controversy since late May, will address the media from New York City's Sheraton Hotel.

On Monday, new photos surfaced.

In late May, Weiner -- in his first interview after the "Weinergate" scandal broke -- said: "It happens to people. You move on."

His rep Dave Arnold said in an interview that the nearly nude photo from Weiner's Twitter account was "a prank."
