Canada's Cineflix Sells BBC 'Claimers' and 'Pet School' Reality Shows
The Canadian producer's British arm is making shows about eight kids training to care for their furry friends and Brits making false insurance claims.
TORONTO – Canada’s Cineflix Media has sold the BBC two reality series for the British market, including Pet School, about eight kids learning to look after furry friends.
BBC One also picked up ten half-hours of Claimers from Cineflix’s British production arm, a reality that exposes fraudsters making false insurance claims, to air on its daytime schedule.
CBBC acquired from Cineflix Productions UK ten half-hours of Pet School, which is part of a BBC season on pet ownership that includes Blue Peter, Newsround, Dick and Com Go Wild, BBC Breakfast and The One Show.
Camilla Lewis and Nick Cory-Wright are executive producing both Cineflex series, with Suzy Davis producing.
