Carrie Wiltshire Named COO of Ignition Creative

She will oversee the operations of the 275-member advertising agency.

Carrie Wiltshire has been named COO of Ignition Creative, the Santa Monica-based advertising agency, the company's founder and CEO Martin Kistler announced Thursday.

In her new post, Wiltshire will be responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the internal operational activities of the 275 member creative team worldwide. Wiltshire joined Ignition Creative in 2006 as a finishing supervisor, and over the past nine years she has worked in various roles with the company while also serving as VP of operations.

"Carrie has grown with our company and is respected industry-wide by clients, vendors and her peers," Kistler said. "She knows every aspect of our business, from new client development, to work flow and asset delivery."

Ignition has recently worked on campaigns for films like Interstellar, Birdman, Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and series such as Game of Thrones, The Leftovers and Transparent.
