"I don't get this: in a stunning decision, Casey Anthony found not guilty," Leno said during his monologue on Tuesday night's show. "You know what this means? This means President Obama's economic team is now only the second-most clueless people in America."
Leno addressed the fact that many observers who had been following the case closely expected a guilty verdict.

All the other broadcast networks' late-night shows were in repeats except CBS' Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, but the monologue was taped before the verdict was announced.
Anthony was found not guilty of first-degree murder in Caylee's 2008 death after the jury deliberated for nearly 11 hours. But they did find her guilty of four counts of providing false information to law information, which are misdemeanors.
