Based on a true story, the movie follows a group of boys from Monterrey, Mexico, who become the first non-U.S. team to win the Little League World Series. Battaglia is playing a baseball coach of one of the U.S. Little League teams. Battaglia stars opposite Christina Applegate as her possible love interest in ABC's fall series "Samantha Who?" His other credits include recurring roles on "24" and "Big Love." He is repped by the House of Representatives.
