Cat Cora Teams With Aramark for Exclusive Office Dining Concept
The first outpost debuted at New York's Goldman Sachs headquarters.
Iron Chef winner Cat Cora has teamed with Aramark to transform the office dining experience.
Aramark — a global provider of dining solutions to businesses, universities, schools, hospitals and stadiums — has tapped the TV personality to create a restaurant concept developed exclusively for its business dining clients. The venture is called OLILO (inspired by "olives" and "olive oil") and features Mediterranean flavors. The "build-your-own" fast casual menu features super greens, grain blends, flatbreads and quinoa tabbouleh with choices of protein, homemade spreads, toppings and dressing.
The first OLILO offering debuted at the Goldman Sachs cafe inside the firm's headquarter's at 200 West Street in New York City. According to Aramark, the company is in discussions with several other clients about opening OLILO at other outposts and future plans call for expansion into Aramark's Education and Sports and Entertainment businesses. Aramark serves more than 150 million meals across its 1,200 U.S. business dining locations for a total of 2 billion meals globally.
