The newscast, which goes from 60 to 90 minutes, will be followed by ITV's "Coronation Street" at 6:30 p.m. weeknights, "Wheel of Fortune" at at 7 p.m. and "Jeopardy" at 7:30 p.m.

The CBS "Ghost Whisperer" series, now in its fifth season, currently airs on rival CTV on Friday nights.
