CBS crime spree beats other repeats Thurs.
EmptyNEW YORK -- A battle of the repeats the Thursday after Christmas went to CBS, whose crime drama schedule beat ABC's dramas in viewership and the adults 18-49 demographic.
CBS won all three hours in viewership and adults 18-49, according to preliminary estimates released Friday by Nielsen Media Research.
The top show in viewership and adults 18-49 was "CSI" (10.8 million, 2.6/7) at 9 p.m., though "Without a Trace" (10.5 million, 2.6/8) followed close behind.
Fox saw some success earlier in the week with a movie. On Thursday, "Ice Age" (6.2 million, 2.1/6) came in second place over repeats on NBC and ABC. The CW's "Family Television Awards" (1.1 million, 0.4/1) came in a distant fifth place.
CBS (10.3 million, 2.4/7) won in both measures over ABC (5.1 million, 1.6/5); NBC (3.7 million, 1.6/5); Fox (6.2 million, 2.1/6); and the CW (1.6 million, 0.6/2).
