NEW YORK -- CBS Interactive will be the official online partner for the Grammy Awards in a two-year deal, the company said Monday.

The network is taking over for Yahoo, who had the online rights to the show last year. As part of the deal, CBS will stream the awards, broadcast on the network on Feb. 10, on CBS.com and Grammy.com and will also present red carpet and backstage footage. Grammy-related content, including promotions and online communities, will also be found throughout the CBS Audience Network and on CBS Mobile and Last.fm.
