CBS Nabs Drama Script From Rina Mimoun, Scott Foley

The one-hour project, titled "The Escape Artist," will center on a brother and sister who help people disappear.

CBS has made a script commitment to a drama from Rina Mimoun and Scott Foley.

The one-hour project, The Escape Artist, centers on a brother and sister who help people disappear. Mimoun (Pushing Daisies, Privileged) and Foley (Felicity, Grey's Anatomy) will serve as executive producers and writers on the project, which hails from Warner Bros. Television.

The news comes a few months after the network passed on a previous drama effort, The Doctor, from the pair. The Mimoun-produced project had Foley starring opposite Christine Lahti as a mother reconnecting with her adult children when she joins the family medical practice.
