Hillary Clinton's Campaign Shop Has More Designer Labels Than a Department Store
Olivia Wilde, Emma Roberts and Demi Lovato are fans.
While a designer campaign t-shirt might sound like an oxymoron, for Hillary Clinton's camp, it's the norm.
The presumptive Democratic nominee for president recruited designers, including Joseph Altuzarra, Diane Von Furstenberg, Rag & Bone, Marchesa and Tory Burch, to create trendy tees, and the resulting collection of #ImWithHer merch has a little something for everyone. The project, called "Made for History," launched earlier this year with just a handful of designers, but has since grown to more than 12.
There are flashier looks (Burch's rainbow hued tee, which reads "Women's rights are human rights" and Marc Jacobs' sequined top) for those wanting to make a bold statement, as well as more subtle looks (a black-and-white patterned version of Clinton's arrow logo or Public School's black "Make Herstory" tee) for the minimalist. Each t-shirt is available on Clinton's campaign website for $45, which, compared to usual designer price tags, is a steal.
Clinton's Hollywood following are fans of the tees, too, showing off their stylish support on social media. Emma Roberts' Tanya Taylor Tee (above) is an especially popular choice — Olivia Wilde, Demi Lovato and Christie Turlington were all spotted in the striped "HRC 2016" top.
