The 'Hail, Caesar!' actor also told Jimmy Kimmel of his worst audition to date (for 'The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift') and why he auditioned for the Coen brothers' 'No Country for Old Men.'

Channing Tatum showcases more than a few skills in Hail, Caesar!, such as singing, tap-dancing and acting as a sailor in a Gene Kelly-esque movie musical.

However, his romantic side isn't spotlighted in the Coen brothers' new comedy.

Therefore, on Wednesday night's episode, Jimmy Kimmel had the actor surprise a random passerby with some spontaneous flirtation, which had the two seated on a plush couch as Tatum did his best to attractively read the phrases off Valentine's Day candy hearts. ... Even the more obscure ones, like "My boy!" and "Bling."

Watch the video below.

During the episode, Tatum also recalled his worst audition to date (for The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, which initially seemed like a good idea because he just really wanted to visit Tokyo) and his first audition for the Coen brothers (for No Country for Old Men).
