And how would be handle Libyan dictator Moammar al-Qaddafi? He'd make him “marry my [ex-wives] Brooke and Denise.”

Charlie Sheen is now taking aim at President Barack Obama.

During his one-man show in Washington D.C. Tuesday, the troubled actor questioned the validity of Obama's birth certificate, implying that it had been Photoshopped.

He even said he could run for office one day (his runningmate: Nic Cage).

“For starters, I was f**king born here, how about that? And I got proof!" he said, according to the Washington Post. "Nothing Photoshopped about my birth certificate."

He also dissed Sarah Palin, referring to her as a “lunatic from Alaska,” Fox News reports.

And how would be handle Libyan dictator Moammar al-Qaddafi?

He'd make him “marry my [ex-wives] Brooke and Denise,” Sheen said, referring to his exes Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards.

How did the politically-minded crowd take Sheen's assessments?

“I came here to see Charlie Sheen on an extended loop and be both horrified and entertained,” a 34-year-old lobbyist told the Post (she declined to give her name because she’s a “professional girl” who “cares about my future").

“We perpetuate this image that is fake and a lie, and we put it on television,” railed a TV reporter into her cellphone — presumably to an editor — as she prepared to do a spot from outside the venue before the show started. “That’s how I feel as a journalist.”
