Charlie Sheen's Media Blitz Negatively Impacting His Image (Study)
Study surveyed viewers who watched the Two and a Half Men star's "Good Morning America" appearance.
According to a study by marketing and consumer research company HCD conducted Feb. 28 and March 1, Charlie Sheen's recent media blitz isn't helping him win over Americans.
After watching Sheen's appearance on ABC's Good Morning America earlier this week, 85 percent of the 748 Americans polled indicated that they did not think he could stay off drugs.
About 64 percent of people polled said that CBS shutting down production on the sitcom was the correct move, versus 54 percent prior to viewing Sheen's sit-down.
Those polled also lowered his likability, believability and sincerity after watching his GMA interview.
