PARIS -- The festival de Cannes will close with The Beloved at the Palais with French director Christophe Honore's Catherine Deneuve starrer set to screen on May 22, organizers said Tuesday.
The film costars familiar Honore faces Ludivine Sagnier, Chiara Mastroianni and Louis Garrel in a story spanning the 1960s and 1990s1 and Prague, Paris and London.
The Why Not Productions title will be sold at the market by Celluloid Dreams.
Thierry Fremaux is expected to announce other last-minute entries to the official selection in the coming days.
