Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy Welcome Baby Boy

Cyrus Michael Christopher, their first child, was born to the couple on Monday.

Homeland star Claire Danes, 33, and husband Hugh Dancy, 37, are parents for the first time.

The couple, married since 2009, welcomed a baby boy to their family on Monday, People.com reports. His name is Cyrus Michael Christopher.

Danes has yet to confirm her attendance at the Golden Globes Awards on Jan. 13, for which she has been nominated for her work on the Showtime terrorism series.

Dancy appears next in NBC's Hannibal, the Bryan Fuller-created series about Silence of the Lambs villain, Hannibal Lecter.
