Digital concert distributor Control Room has signed an agreement with Universal Music Group that will grant access to live programming from all of its artists instead of having to negotiate rights individually for each concert. The first performance to come out of the deal will be a Nov. 20 concert on MSN with Geffen Records' artist Snoop Dogg. Control Room currently has deals with companies including MSN, DirecTV, Qualcomm and Mediaflo.
