Craig Sager Immortalized Next to Stuart Scott by L.A. Street Artist
"Each and every day is a canvas just waiting to be painted."
Craig Sager was larger than life, so it is only fitting he has been immortalized in a huge mural in Los Angeles.
The piece honoring the NBA broadcaster, who worked for TNT, was done in recent days by street artist Jonas Never and is above the Melody Bar & Grill in L.A., right next to his famous mural of late ESPN personality Stuart Scott.
Sager, who was known for his thoughtful interviews and loud suits, died one week ago following his battle with leukemia. He was 65.
Fans of the game and some of its biggest stars mourned the loss of their friend and colleague.
Next to the Sager mural is a quote: "Each and every day is a canvas just waiting to be painted."
