The Canadian broadcaster has picked up the two-hour program about Jacqueline Kennedy that includes Diane Sawyer's exclusive interview with the daughter of the former first lady, to air on September 13.

TORONTO – Canadian broadcaster CTV has picked Diane Sawyer's exclusive interview with Caroline Kennedy from ABC News.

CTV will simulcast the two-hour special, Jacqueline Kennedy: In Her Own Words, from 9 to 11 p.m. on Sept. 13 on CTV Two.

To make way for the never-before-heard interviews with the former first lady, CTV is shifting the series premiere of The Protector to 8 p.m. on September 13, before the rookie show moves to a regular 9 p.m. timeslot the following week.

The ABC News special will coincide with the Sept. 14 publication of the book "Jacqueline Kennedy: Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy."

The highlight of ABC News special is Sawyer interviewing Caroline Kennedy.
