CTV picks up second season of 'Shaq Vs.'
Reality series will air Tuesday nights beginning Aug. 3TORONTO -- Big Man Shaquille O'Neal is headed to CTV in Canada.
The Canadian broadcaster has picked up the second season of ABC's "Shaq Vs." reality series from Media Rights Capital and executive producer Steve Nash for its Tuesday night schedule from August 3.
The one-hour series features the NBA basketball star in new challenges, including a dance-off with Canadian heartthrob singer Justin Bieber, a cook-off with Rachel Ray, racing head-to-head with NASCAR champion Dale Earnhardt Jr., defying the casino odds with Penn and Teller, boxing with Sugar Shane Mosley and chasing food down his throat with hot dog eating champion Joey Chestnut.
"Shaq Vs." is produced by Media Rights Capital in association with Stewart Street Productions.
Orly Adelson, Will Staeger, Barry Adelman, Shaquille O'Neal, Scott Messick, Trice Barto, Perry Rogers, Colin Smeeton, Mike Parris and Steve Nash executive produce the series.
