CW goes green with content, PSAs

NEW YORK -- The CW network is partnering with Stop Global Warming Virtual March and the Natural Resources Defense Council for a networkwide environmental campaign that will include PSAs, "green" content wraps and the integration of environmental themes into one episode of every series on the network next season. Called "Free 2 B Green," the campaign will be a "wide-ranging on-air, online, mobile and grass-roots effort" to generate environmental awareness and provide service opportunities for the CW's viewers as well as opportunities for national and local sales and affiliates, the network said.
