'Daily Show's' Jon Stewart, Friend of Anthony Weiner, Will Cover Scandal in Tonight's Show

"No story breaks too late for 'The Best F---ing News Team on the Planet'!" the show's staff tweets Monday.
Fear not, Daily Show fans: Jon Stewart will be covering the scandal involving old pal Anthony Weiner on his show Monday night.
The congressman's admission that he had sent sexually suggestive photos to several woman via the Internet came later in the day on the East Coast, where the Comedy Central show tapes, but the show's staff tweeted Monday that the news will be part of that night's broadcast.

"Yes, we will be 'covering' #ShirtlessWeiner tonight on the show!" the tweet read. "No story breaks too late for 'The Best F---ing News Team on the Planet'!"
Stewart hasn't shied away from the scandal so far despite the fact that Weiner is a friend.
