NEW YORK -- ABC was tops in viewership during broadcast primetime Monday, but it tied with CBS for the win in the adults 18-49 demographic.

ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" (19.1 million, 4.8 rating/14 share in adults 18-49) was the top show, according to preliminary data released Tuesday by Nielsen Media Research. It was about even with last week, and peaked at 21 million viewers and a 5.4/14 in the demo between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, CBS' "CSI: Miami" (16.9 million, 5.3/14) was the winner in the demo, edging out NBC's "Heroes" (11.1 million, 5.0/12), which was down again from last week (11.9 million, 5.4/13). CBS' "Two and a Half Men" (13.2 million, 4.6/12) and "The King of Queens" (13.4 million, 4.5/11) came out about even week-to-week in the demo. ABC handed off to a 90-minute "The Bachelor: An Officer and a Gentleman" (10.7 million, 3.8/10), which came out ahead of last week (9.8 million, 3.7/10) and improved through the night to finish its last half hour with 10.5 million viewers and a 4.0/11.

The same couldn't be said of NBC's "The Real Wedding Crashers" (5.1 million, 2.4/6), which declined week-to-week in both measures. NBC's opener, "Deal or No Deal" (10.2 million, 3.1/9) was down week-to-week in both measures as well.
