Danny DeVito 'Working On' Marriage to Rhea Perlman
The "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star announced his separation from his wife of 30 years in October.
Is a reconciliation in the future for Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman?
"We're working on it," DeVito tells Extra of possibly staying in his marriage to Perlman, his wife of 30 years.
"Rhea and I are really close. Actually, still together, just separate, but together," he says.
In early October, DeVito and Perlman announced they were separating, and the news was somewhat of a surprise for many people who considered them a poster couple for Hollywood marriages.
The 68-year-old DeVito, who stars on FX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, wed Perlman in 1982; they have three children.
Perlman, 64, starred in Cheers and appeared on the big screen with DeVito in 1996's Matilda, and the two also shared scenes in the classic TV comedy Taxi.
They founded the production company Jersey Films in 1992, and produced movies including Pulp Fiction, Erin Brockovich and Garden State.
