Jon Voight will be the fourth recipient of the Legends Award.

The 11th annual Beverly Hills Film Festival will kick off Wednesday night at the Clarity Theater with the West Coast premiere of writer/director Josh Stolberg’s Conception, starring David Arquette and Julie Bowen.

The five-day event will conclude with a Gala Awards Ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel on Sunday at which Jon Voight will be honored as the fourth recipient of the Legends Award.

The 2011 Parajanov-Vartanov Institute Award, honoring the late French director Jean Vigo, will be presented to his daughter, the film critic Luce Vigo, who also will speak at a screening of her father’s masterpieces Zero for Conduct and L’Atalante at UCLA James Bridges Theater on Thursday.

On opening night, the screening of Conception will be followed by  the West Coast premiere of Pinchas Perry’s The Chicago 8, starring Danny Masterson, Gary Cole and Orlando Jones, and the world premiere of Bad Penny, directed by Todd Bellanca and starring Tom Arnold and Bai Ling.
