Michael C. Hall Lists Hollywood Hills Home
The "Dexter" star's Spanish Hacienda-style house is on the market for $2.35 million.
Actor Michael C. Hall has just listed his Hollywood Hills home for $2.35 million. The house, a 1926 Spanish Revival/Hacienda home, is tucked in to the end of a cul-de-sac in an area known as Vine Hills, located just west of Beachwood Canyon.
The 4,600-square-foot compound is comprised of two structures: a four-bedroom main house with a library, media room, formal dining room and wine room, as well as a one-bedroom guest house that opens to a large open-air garden area. The house was owned by British actor Ronald Colman from 1927 until the 1940s.
According to public records, Hall bought the home last year for $1.95 million, and oversaw interior renovations as well as re-landscaped the garden areas. Prior to Hall's purchase of the property, its tennis court had been converted into an eco-friendly garden. The actor, who stars in the eighth and final season of Showtime’s serial killer drama Dexter, will serve as an executive producer on an upcoming Showtime project based on Matthew Specktor's novel American Dream Machine.
