Twenty-one acts will perform when Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy count down the final hours of 2015.

With just one day left on the calendar, the world is ready to say hello to a brand new year with the help of some old friends — Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy, who will count down the final hours of 2015 on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest on ABC.

Thursday night’s (Dec. 31) broadcast promises to be an epic evening with 21 acts performing, and Billboard has a sneak peek with the full New Year’s Rockin’ Eve playlist.

“It’s amazing,” McCarthy tells Billboard. “If you’re a country fan, Times Square is the place to be.”

The lineup includes American Idol and country superstar Carrie Underwood in Times Square, joined by Luke Bryan, Wiz Khalifa with Charlie Puth and Demi Lovato. Fergie will toast the evening on the other coast by hosting the Billboard Hollywood Party, which boasts performances by One Direction, 5 Seconds of Summer, Alessia Cara, Andy Grammer, DNCE, Elle King, Ellie Goulding, Fall Out Boy, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Nathan Sykes, Nick Jonas, OMI, Pentatonix, Rachel Platten, Tove Lo and Walk the Moon. Jimmy Buffett is also set to wish Parrotheads everywhere a Happy New Year with a special performance live from Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

In addition, Taylor Swift — who headlined NYRE in Times Square last year — will debut her new video for "Out of the Woods" on the broadcast.

In case you're keeping count, that’s an ambitious five-and-a-half hours worth of music with 38 performances.

“It’s a really great group of people," says McCarthy. "The list goes on and on, and Fergie keeps the party going until 2 o'clock in the morning.”

This is Seacrest’s 11th year hosting and McCarthy’s sixth. West Coast hostess Fergie will once again host the Billboard Hollywood Party for the 10th year in a row.

The show kicks off at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
