Diddy Will Not Face Felony Charges for UCLA Arrest
The musician allegedly attacked one of his son's football coaches.
Sean Combs, aka Diddy, will not be charged will a felony for allegedly attacking one of his son's UCLA football coaches with a kettlebell last week.
Combs was arrested on the UCLA campus following a practice and charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery. But following a day in court Thursday, as the Los Angeles Times reported, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has rejected the case against the hip-hop mogul.
That doesn't mean Combs is off the hook, though. The case reportedly is being referred to the Los Angeles City Attorney, who could file misdemeanor charges.
