The property now belongs to Interscope Records executive Neil Jacobson.

Interscope Records’ Neil Jacobson has just listed his oceanfront home on Palisades Beach for $2.995 million.

The home has notable roots, too. It once belonged to actor Donald Sutherland, who is credited with designing the beach retreat. Jacobson, executive vp A&R for the label, has been involved with such chart-topping acts as Gwen Stefani, Robin Thicke and the Black Eyed Peas.

Located at 1366 Palisades Beach Road, the townhome has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceilings and mahogany features.

Other features inside the Pardee Properties listing (the listing agent is Justin Alexander): a built-in library wall with office desk; wood framed sliders and transom windows; master suite overlooking the sand; blackout technology; and a state of the art movie theater.
