Donald Trump released a new political ad Wednesday morning which showed Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton barking like a dog.

The footage of Clinton at an unknown rally was spliced with footage of a laughing Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In addition to Putin, the ad also showed a photo of ISIS with the text: "When it comes to facing our toughest opponents, the Democrats have the perfect answer... (footage of Clinton barking). We don't need to be a punchline."

Trump, who locked up even more primary victories Tuesday night, including Florida which resulted in Sen. Marco Rubio dropping out of the race, has said repeatedly that Clinton doesn't have the "strength or stamina to be president."

Trump also made headlines Wednesday morning when he announced he would not be taking part in the upcoming Fox News debate. This will mark the second Fox debate he has skipped.

Rather than attending the March 21 debate, Trump will be speaking at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

Is this what we want for a President?
