Duncan Roy's modern-day adaptation of Oscar Wilde's "The Picture of Dorian Gray" will open NewFest: the 19th annual New York Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Film Festival on May 31.

Artistic Director Basil Tsiokos also announced that Robert Cary's ex-gay ministry drama "Save Me," starring Chad Allen and Robert Gant, will close the fest June 10. NewFest centerpieces include two other New York premieres, each romantic comedies: Casper Andreas' "A Four Letter Word" and Jamie Babbit's "Itty Bitty Titty Committee."
