DVD demise exaggerated?

Data shows consumers still spending on video

The latest data from the NPD Group suggests that reports of DVD's demise are greatly exaggerated.

A new study finds that on average, U.S. consumers spent $8 out of ever $10 of their movie and video budgets on buying or renting DVDs, and just 50 cents on renting or buying digital content from the Web.
