E1 headed to London Stock Exchange

Canadian producer trades on Alternative Investments Market

TORONTO -- Canadian producer E1 Entertainment has secured a listing on the London Stock Exchange.

The move is contingent on securing shareholder approval on June 28 to move the corporate domicile of its holding company from the Cayman Islands to Canada.

E1, whose senior management works out of Toronto while it trades on the London Alternative Investments Market, has looked to a listing on the LSE and the Toronto Stock Exchange to raise its profile with investors.
